Bansal Agromet Limited (Formerly known as Bansal Infoline Limited) was incorporated in the year 2001 with its registered office in Mumbai. Presently BAL has a farm that grows a variety of botanical plants, and vegetation in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The Company has diversified into large scale organic farming, agriculture extension services, and environmental impact assessments.

Another division of BAL the Horticulture Division was then set up with the responsibility of overseeing the overall accelerated development of horticulture and agriculture in perspective for improving nutritional, ecological and livelihood security. The Mission of BAL is to achieve technology led development of Horticulture and agriculture at Bansal Group. To plan, co-ordinate and monitor Research and Development programmes; as well as to serve as knowledge repository in Horticulture Sector.
